These days, it feels like every other day there’s a new study telling us what we should or shouldn’t eat. One minute something’s good for you, the next minute it’s not. It’s hard to know what to believe!
I was stuck in this confusion for a long time. But then, I thought about something simple: you are what you eat, and you are what your ancestors ate. My grandparents lived healthy lives well into their 90s, and they didn't have all these conflicting studies. They just ate what nature provided—Millets.
Millets were a big part of their diet. Seeing how healthy and energetic they were made me realize I needed to bring millets back into my life. But I wanted to do it without giving up on taste.
That’s why I'm on the mission to create millet-based foods. They will be packed with all the good stuff that kept our grandparents strong and will keep us healthy too, and they taste great as well.
